At 900 West Washington Boulevard (the luxury LEED Gold-certified “Noir Residences”), we shifted our focus from the facade to the interior, delivering the building’s signature high-end polished concrete flooring. Tasked with creating a finish that met the “super-luxury” standards of the West Loop, MTH’s decorative flooring teams transformed standard structural concrete into a mirror-like, crack-free surface.

These floors were specifically engineered to accommodate the building’s radiant heating systems, requiring a precise balance of cementitious underlayments and finishing techniques to ensure durability without sacrificing the sleek, industrial-modern aesthetic. The result is a seamless, high-gloss foundation that serves as the centerpiece for the building’s 22 boutique condominiums.
