High-performance interior surfaces for Mead Johnson Nutrition.

For the relocation of Mead Johnson Nutrition’s global headquarters to the River Point tower at 444 West Lake Street, MTH was selected to provide a specialized decorative flooring and underlayment package. Tasked with creating a high-performance finish for the company’s new 64,000-square-foot office, we installed a cementitious self-leveling topping throughout the primary circulation areas and corridors.

The project required precise surface preparation, including industrial shot-blasting and priming, to ensure a seamless bond with the building’s structural slab. The final installation was engineered to achieve a striking, high-traffic-resistant finish without the need for additional topcoats, perfectly complementing the LEED Gold-certified facility’s modern, light-filled aesthetic.
