Wrigley Building

Architectural bronze and retail revival at the Wrigley Building.

As part of the massive $70 million restoration of the landmark Wrigley Building, MTH Industries was responsible for the high-precision restoration of the historic bronze entry systems and the installation of a new, high-end bronze retail storefront. Working to return the 1920s icon to its original glory, our specialized metal teams salvaged and meticulously restored the building’s original ornamental bronze elevator doors, clocks, and lobby fixtures.

Beyond restoration, we fabricated and installed the sophisticated bronze-framed storefronts that now wrap the central plaza, providing a seamless aesthetic transition between the historic North and South towers. Our craftsmanship ensured that the building’s “Spanish Colonial Revival” elegance was preserved while creating the high-visibility, 21st-century retail environment required for its new position as a premier Magnificent Mile destination.
