Growing the Chicago Club

The Chicago Club expanded their space last year, adding an additional floor to their historic landmarked building at Michigan Avenue and Van Buren Street. The MTH crew aided in the expansion and provided all the new structural components for the entire new floor and other features. This project was challenging due to the constraints of the downtown location and the size of the necessary equipment. The logistics of this project called for the use of a 100 ton crane, which involved permits to shut down the street. MTH furnished and installed all of the structural elements, which also included extending the staircase, the elevator, and all of the railings.

Committed to excellence, MTH metalworkers in our plant form and fabricate carbon and stainless steel components as well as aluminum, bronze and miscellaneous metal parts to compliment a wide range of structural and architectural concepts.
